Terms and Conditions
By accessing, Browse, and using our website through any platform, and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and adhere to the terms and conditions as set out below.
The Contract
All persons wishing to make a booking must have carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions.
- By making a booking with Elite Boat Charter, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, including minors and persons under a disability, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The reservation requires an advance payment of 40%. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash (euros) or by Credit Card directly to the skipper.
- A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when our Company sends a confirmation email (travel voucher), which must be presented to the skipper in charge of the service and entitles the user to use the service. Elte Boat Charter also reserves the right to propose, via email, alternative solutions or any changes.
- The customer, having received the tour/excursion/transfer confirmation, shall check its contents and report any discrepancies via email to info@eliteboatcharter.it within the following 48 hours.
- These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between our Company and the Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall constitute a binding agreement.
- In any case, the customer will be granted the rights as per the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
Cancellation Policy
No penalty for cancellations up to 14 days before the service. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the service, Elite Boat Charter reserves the right not to refund the advance deposit of 40% of the amount of the service.
Cancellation due to adverse weather conditions
If weather conditions do not allow the safety and comfort of passengers on board to be guaranteed and therefore the service cannot be carried out, any amount paid will be refunded. We will do our best to reschedule the tour for the following days or to anticipate it, if possible according to availability. In case the customer cannot move the service date, we will proceed with a full refund of the advance payment made.
